Once you have placed your order and received your total amount with shipping options, your order will be placed on hold, and will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Canadian dollars, and all payments need to be sent in
Canadian dollars.
Payments can be made through Paypal.
International money orders are accepted as long as they are sent within a
week of ordering.
SHIPPING
All packages are sent through Canada Post.
Shipping within Canada is sent by X-Press Post.
Shipping to the States gives you two options:
Expedited (9-11 business days), and X-Press Post (5-6 business days).
Both of these shipping options are insurable and trackable.
Once your item has been sent, it is no longer the responsibility of
Ragged Wire Art.
REFUNDS
All items are non-refundable.
A return can be made as long as an e-mail is sent as soon as you receive
your item and state the problem. The item will need to be returned right
away. Your return will grant you a credit of the items total amount
excluding shipping and used towards a future purchase within one year of
your return.
